ACTI was started in 1984 by OMF and is a member of the Fellowship of Missional Organizations of Singapore.
ACTI exists to serve churches and mission agencies with pre-field preparation of their missionaries. Through a multi-cultural residential program, ACTI seeks to impart the knowledge, skills and character formation needed for cross-cultural workers to be effective in their future ministries.
ACTI instructors include missionaries and missions leaders from different parts of the world who are involved in missionary training or who have been missionaries on Asian fields. Presently our lecturers in the cross-cultural course include most of the following:
- Dr. David and Debbie Walker – OC Resources (Japan / Singapore)
- Mr. Kenneth Tan – OMF Singapore /OMF International / St. George’s Anglican Church
- Mr. Daniel Jesudason – Wycliffe Bible Translators / Community of Praise Baptist Church / Highpoint Ministries Singapore ( Papua New Guinea )

- FOMOS (Fellowship Of Missional Organizations of Singapore)
ACTI exists to glorify God by equipping cross-cultural workers for churches and mission agencies working in Asia and beyond.
Learning takes place best in a community environment where real life intersects with classroom study. Reflective and hands on learning are preferred methods. Resident trainers give personal direction
