CTI’s trainers and lecturers have a wealth of cross-cultural experience and are experts in their individual fields of service.
Rev Henry Armstrong is the current Dean, replacing Rev Dr. Kim Chong Pae who has gone on to other ministries. Henry and his wife, Janet, have served in West Kalimantan, Indonesia since 1981 with World Team (formerly RBMU International). They have served as Resident Trainers here since 2000, and still continue to liaise with church leaders in Indonesia as time allows.
Other members of the Faculty are veteran missionaries and teachers, and leaders of mission organizations. They bring with them many years of experience from the mission field, making cross-cultural learning an enriching experience.
