Q Who should attend?

Seminary or Bible College graduates considering a ministry in a cross-cultural environment. Christians with an acceptable level of Biblical studies considering a Tentmaking ministry or Bi-vocational Profession in a cross-cultural environment.

Q Why attend?

Knowledge of a culture is not enough for a successful ministry. One has to have the ‘keys’ to unlock the culture to remain working effectively in the chosen culture. Mission teams are more international in structure and form. Again, one has to have the right inter-personal skill to work with a multi-national team. In the field, one has to work with the locals. It is important that one knows the cultural behaviour of the locals to avoid misunderstandings. Cross-cultural knowledge, experience and skill are therefore needed.
